Cassoulet with confit duck sleeves

The great peasant recipe from southwestern France, skilfully simmered duck meat and mogette beans from Vendée.

To consume in the jar

Long shelf life: 4 years

Gently pull the tab holding the top and remove the rubber seal
Reheat for 3-4 minutes in the microwave or 10-12 minutes in a Bain Marie
After tasting and cleaning the jar, you can store it by securing the top with the rubber seal.
