This domain belongs to Quentin Bourse and his wife, Angélique. Still, clearly, Quentin is the brain and the energy of the wine estate.A true artist and a perfectionist, he has a finger in many pies and is skilled at everything he turns his hand to. Nothing is left to chance. He has a strong character, well-developed ideas and he can’t stand not understanding something. That’s the reason why he doesn’t only grow wine. He also, just for fun, produces vermouth, rum, whiskey, beer, fruit juice…He’s a man in his late thirties who spends a great deal of time in Canada, a country of which he is a fan. Besides, that’s where he gets his passion for ice-hockey (he is a member of the city of Tours ice-hockey team, which is quite an achievement).

A rather classic style but formidably effective and straightforward. Almost 100 % Chenin (with a dash of Melon blanc but it’s anecdotal). It’s a classic but soulful wine, stressing out on the white fruit,as good as an aperitif as for the cheese course,with a very attractive minerality from the well-drained chalk soils.
