Traditional French recipe. The pieces of veal are simmered for a long time in a white wine court-bouillon with button mushrooms, onions, carrots (organic from the farm) and bouquet garni.
The blanquette is served with succulent organic potatoes and a cream sauce. A treat for the taste buds!
The meat used in the composition of this supreme comes directly from a herd of about forty head where animal welfare is particularly important. Here, the animals born on the farm are not dehorned. They spend a large part of the year in the wild, feeding on grass, fodder and organic cereals from the farm.
